It was the best stay ever. The view was picturesque day and night (especially sunset is mind-blowing), and the apartment was very spacious, clean and well-furnished. Everything was perfect during our stay. On top of the greatness of the apartment, it is situated within the free tram zone and the tram station is just in front of the building, which made the entire trip so convenient. A supermarket is very adjacent to the hotel, too. Stuart and Ashlee are super-kind and helpful throughout my journey. I will definately stay here again if I come back to Melbourne :)

Everything was great from the text to say our room was ready to the arrangements for check out .Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our little get away.Couldn't fault the staff as they are only a text or phone call away to the free tram at the front door.10 min walk to South warf shopping complex.Thankyou again will definitely be back .

The location, price , room and service ticked all of the boxes and more. Why would anyone stay in a City hotel when you can enjoy a much larger Apartment with a view and balcony, superior location, all at a better price.Best place that we've ever stayed in.Thank you Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments.

Great location, an easy and short tram ride to the CBD. Xclnt quality room, and great service instructions from the team. Perfect neighbourhood, with supermarket and various food outlets. Large lap pool, spa, and gym facilities. We'll be back! Thanks

Customer service is first class. Location is superb , Apartments are divine, clean and so comfortable. Car parks are spacious . Lifts super fast.We came many times in the year and Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments never disappoints. We will be back , love it each time we stay here .Thanks a million for a fabulous stay

We just had the most wonderful stay in these apartments and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Easily the best holiday apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, so well equipped, helpful and friendly staff. The baby items provided were so clean and like new, which is very often not the case! We will definitely stay here again when in Melbourne.

This review goes way and beyond words ! for this team of professionals. This was my first stay with them and won't be the last ! Personally the service they went to was way and beyond than expected for my every needs ! I was treated with so much compassion and kindness nothing was too much to ask ! from the time I made my booking up until my stay ! I could ask any question or requirement and I was replied to immediately by the the lovely " Carla " nothing was too much to ask they would do whatever they could to make my stay run smoothly and comfortably .The apartment was amazing , location perfect, views incredible so easy being at the end of the tram line , you can't get lost ! easy into the city, your on the doorstep of Marvel stadium to walk and scooter central were so much fun getting around ! easy access if want to go from A to B , and a uber taxi in mins just download he app .Beautifully clean , comfy bedding and linen, lovely deco , kitchen and laundry was a bonus with supplies included everything you need ! woothworths and BWS liquor right on the corner steps away which you can make an order and can be delivered upon arrival . Uber eats delivery always on time meet you at the front of the lobby doors." Stu" thank you so much for your kindness and personal assistance , honestly it was overwhelming what you did for me doing my shopping and delivered it personally when my order went missing back to the depo ! so so kind .Most importantly the first class " meet and greet " was so welcoming by the wonderful "Chris '' help with your luggage which also can be stored before and after check in, and a tour of the and building which you have a car space also if needed for visitors and a beautiful lap pool heated at 29 degrees .In all the places I have stayed I have never been looked after so well nothing was a drama for this team of wonderful staff !" Carla" you are an angel ! and so easy to talk to! planning my trip which wasn't an easy one for personal reasons but your kindness you gave me goes a long way more than words can say . You were in touch with me before, during and after to make sure everything went ok ! know one does that ! I'll never forget it !Without question I wouldn't look anywhere else to stay for your travels personal or business it has your every need and beautiful walks to restaurants , over the bridge to DFO and Crown complex was super easy ! We had the best stay in our Apartment at docklands, our St Kilda friends stayed with us and it was perfect, both the apartment and the location. Apartment was really nice, awesome views, well equipped and comfy beds. Easy free tram rides around the city centre. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment to give us plenty of room. Having a lounge kitchen etc together was a lot better than two separate hotel rooms. Thank you!! Johanna

Excellent location and great views of the docks from the balconies.We were a group of 8 with varying age groups and everyone had a great time. In fact we changed our itinerary slightly to enjoy more of the appartments than to venture out.I must highlight the guest service here. Steve met us personally at mid night (thanks to Virgin airways timeliness) to facilitate the checkin and walk us through the property. Also the team kept checkin in throughout our 3 days of stay if we need anything. This is not common and justifies the premium that this property asks for.Will surely return..!

Stayed here for the Melbourne Demons V Collingwood Magpies AFL game on King's B'day. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Clean apartment, beautiful views and easy and quick access to all of Melbourne and surrounds. And communication was also very easy and good. Highly recommend and will be back. Go the Melbourne Demons too.

We have stayed a few times in Melbourne over the years but this was our first time since COVID and first time in Docklands area.Our apartment was fantastic with a great view, amenities and space for two couples. I was impressed by complimentary detergents and cleaning products (which there were plenty). Also we were greeted with a bottle of red wine and Tim Tams.The team at Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments were friendly and very accessible either by email or text.Supermarket and tram within minutes from our apartment. Staying in Docklands although quieter had a more “home like feel.I look at reviews regularly to help guide me for my choices of accommodation and would highly recommend. Competitive price (go direct rather than via accommodation websites) friendly service and new facilities.

The customer service was outstanding! We were so please with the service we received- Carla and Chris went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and perfect! Chris kept in touch with us throughout our stay! The location was excellent! Easy access to trams! The rooms were amazing and what a view! 100% on cleanliness. Facilities and amenities were 5 star… we cannot find any fault!Carla also contacted us after our stay as we left behind some of our personal belongings which were then posted to us free of charge! We will definitely be staying here again!Amazing apartments and exceptional customer service ! FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY! :)

I stayed here with 1Step Support Group as an NDIS participant for 3 nights. Amazing views of the Docklands area. On arrival, we were greeted by the hotel manager and his assistant. Very spacious rooms. Air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. Comfortable sofa and chairs. The complementary Tim Tams and bottle of red wine was a nice incentive. The only criticism I would give is the elevator system is very annoying. Only being able to access your floor then having to go back to Ground Floor then back up again. But otherwise this is a beautiful place to stay. I feel very fortunate that my NDIS plan covered the expenses for my stay.

The rooms were absolutely amazing, with the best views overlooking the harbour. They included everything from a coffee maker to washing machine & dryer.Staff went above and beyond to cater to our large group & everyone was very happy.Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!
