Whether you stay with us for business or holidays, you can choose from a range of apartments: from large one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments with different layouts or any of our three-bedroom apartments for your stay. There is one just right for you.

All two- and three-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.

Our car parks are complimentary, one per apartment – please request access at the time of booking.

There are great gym facilities in each of our buildings, and guests have access to the indoor, heated lap pool at no charge. We have complimentary fast and unlimited WiFi in each apartment.

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven ready to be used. We provide crockery and cookware, utensils, glassware, cutlery as well as a Espressotoria Coffee pod machine and a rice cooker.

There is a Euro laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron. We offer complimentary weekly housekeeping for stays of longer than 10 days. For shorter stays we can provide housekeeping on request (extra charges apply), please enquire when you book.

We are ideally located near the CBD. There is a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, dry cleaners etc within minutes from the front door! Get to the CBD on a short trip on the free tram, or choose one of the beautiful walks along the Yarra River or Victoria Harbour to explore.

Marvel Stadium is an easy 8 minute walk from our apartments. The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) is a 15 minute walk along the Yarra, or a 10 minute trip on the tram.
