Stunning apartment. Very friendly, accommodating and professional staff. Amazing views over docklands, Yarra River and beyond in daylight and lit up at night. Apartment is well equipped, even providing tea, coffee, bottle of wine, all kitchen things like washing up liquid, tea towels, foil, cling film etc. Toiletries and toilet rolls. We had a housekeeping service every couple of days. Woolworths supermarket is 5 minutes walk. Apartment is situated right by a tram stop within the free tram zone. Highly recommended, we would definitely return if we were in Melbourne again.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Easy access to city trams, very well equipped and comfortable apartment with great views. Loved the quietness of location yet closeness to so many facilities. Kayo or fox apps on tv could have been handy as would have luggage racks.

Great little apartment with great views and location! We had a free tram stop right out front of the apartment. We stayed for 4 nights and water pressure in shower was great, all utilities worked well. The service from Chris in particular and his team were impeccable. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again.

I booked two 3-bedroom apartments for a family gathering, all coming from different places at different times. The staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. I was able to park my car there in the morning, well before check-in time. Both apartments were ready by 10.30 and we were able to check in early. Family from NZ who had an incredibly early start were so grateful. I needed the linen changed of one of the beds, and again, not a problem, The apartments themselves were everything I had hoped for and more, clean, well appointed and great views. Location, location, with a tram stop right outside your door. I will be staying there again! I thank the staff for making our stay so memorable!

What a great location, within the free tram zone and a stop right outside the door, but as it's not a main thoroughfare it was quiet at night, no passing sirens waking us at 3am like when we have stayed in other city apartments, and what a view!The staff were excellent also, very helpful, made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.The apartment itself was clean, modern and very comfortable.

Definitely would stay here again. Super convenient to the free trams, walking distance to many attractions (within a couple miles / 3km), amazing views of the Docklands and the Yarra River. And the management staff is super helpful if you have any questions!

The location of the apartment was great; the free-zone tram literally outside the front door, great area for walking, supermarket across the road, plenty of choices for coffee, eating and drinking, close but not in the city. Our one-bedroom apartment over-looked the Yarra River with a long view to the sea. It was very well equipped, clean, spacious and quiet with nice additional touches. All interactions with the staff at MLA were friendly and efficient. A great stay option in Melbourne.

Just want to say thank you for the most wonderful service and accommodation at Melbourne lifestyle apartment during our stay. Spectacular views on each balcony. Apartment is modern and hearty that contains all daily essentials. We didnt even need to ask for any additionals. Its such a convenient and quiet location. The free tram is just right next to the apartment!Staff are friendly and super helpful.Thank you for Stuart who was waiting on our midnght arrival and brought us the key with detailed inductions. And also thank you for the lovely lady (sorry I forgot her name) who informed us the rooms were ready and helped us with the late arrival requiement. Such great vibes from their amazing crew. Fantastic place to stay. Clean spacious apartments with everything you need plus a pool and gym too. Steve was incredibly welcoming and nice. The apartment is within the free tram zone so we caught it a few times and walked the rest.

Our family( with 2 children) stayed for 5 night, with well-equipped kitchen and laundry, and magnificent views.They welcomed us and introduced the room and facilities in the building, highly recommended to the visitors!一家四口（包含兩個小孩）在這裡待了五天，廚房和洗衣機烘衣機都有，甚至還有洗碗機和煮飯鍋，附近也有走路能到的超市，自己下廚相當方便，孩子們也去游泳池玩水，接待人員很熱情的介紹設施，也有個很大的停車格，旁邊就是免費電車站，自駕或搭車都很方便！

Absolutely loved it and definitely recommend. Location was perfect - just out of the busy city, but right there amongst it, with a tram stop at the door stop. Service was exceptional, with someone to meet us at 2am in the morning to meet and greet. Rooms spotless clean and the outlook was fabulous. We will be back and will not stay anywhere else in Melbourne. We have travelled a lot, and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at.

Our family of three stayed at a Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments located in The Docklands for 6 nights during the New Year holiday. I booked over a year in advance of our stay and from the beginning, the messaging back and forth was excellent and continued throughout our stay.When we arrived at the Melbourne airport, I contacted MLA and Janetta messaged back that Stuart would meet us at the apartment building to show us to the complementary parking and our apartment. It was late at night when we got to the apartment and we were so grateful that Stuart was there to show us around.We had a 2 br/2 ba apartment on the 9th floor overlooking the harbor with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry and a balcony. There is also a pool, sauna and fitness center. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was a nice touch, and we toasted in the New Year with it. The views from the apartment of the harbor are stunning!We had amazing views of the NYE 9:30pm and midnight fireworks over the harbor from our balcony. It was such an incredible sight to see and a great experience! In between the fireworks, we walked through all the New Year festivities in The Docklands.The free tram is one block away from the building and brings you to the CBD. There are so many restaurants as well as a Woolworths within walking distance.I would highly recommend staying at one of the Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments during your time in Melbourne. Thanks to Stuart, Janetta and everyone else for helping to make our stay so memorable!

I give this place 100% perfection for location, cleanliness and the staff. Janet and Bella were absolutely hospitable and made us feel at home! From the moment I made my booking online all the staff I spoke to were amazing, Erin and Janet to name a few. We could not get the air-conditioner to work and the maintenance man (sorry I can't remember your name) was up in no time and got it fixed or offered us another room. It is wonderful to have top notch customer service. Hard to come by and these guys did it beautifully. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Melbourne and recommend in a heartbeat. An excellent location with easy free tram access to city, and walking to Southbank. Also a supermarket a 5 minute walk away.The 3 bedroomed apartment was quiet, very clean, well looked after and spacious. Good beds and linen; plenty of towels. The staff friendly and helpful.Stunning views from the 25th floor, both day and night. Would highly recommended.

I love Lifestyle management. Since I called the reservation team, Carla answered my call. She was so nice and helpful and convinced me to book from the business directly. She made me feel so valued and happy. When we arrived at the apartment, Ashlee welcomed us. She contacted me when we were on the way, met us in person near the building, gave us clear instructions to the car park, sent us to the apartment and gave us lots of useful tips near the apartment. They also prepared a bottle of wine and delicious timtam for us. The management team kept checking on us to see whether we need anything. The service is amazing!!! I also love apartment 2110. Modern design and furniture, fantastic view!!! I can’t believe there is even a rice cooker. I can find anything I need. Love the building’s swimming pool and steam room. The location is the best!!! We had a great time. Thank you so much. We will be back.

It was the best stay ever. The view was picturesque day and night (especially sunset is mind-blowing), and the apartment was very spacious, clean and well-furnished. Everything was perfect during our stay. On top of the greatness of the apartment, it is situated within the free tram zone and the tram station is just in front of the building, which made the entire trip so convenient. A supermarket is very adjacent to the hotel, too. Stuart and Ashlee are super-kind and helpful throughout my journey. I will definately stay here again if I come back to Melbourne :)

We just had the most wonderful stay in these apartments and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Easily the best holiday apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, so well equipped, helpful and friendly staff. The baby items provided were so clean and like new, which is very often not the case! We will definitely stay here again when in Melbourne.

Personally the service they went to was way and beyond than expected for my every needs ! I was treated with so much compassion and kindness nothing was too much to ask ! from the time I made my booking up until my stay ! I could ask any question or requirement and I was replied to immediately by the the lovely " Carla " nothing was too much to ask they would do whatever they could to make my stay run smoothly and comfortably .The apartment was amazing , location perfect, views incredible so easy being at the end of the tram line , you can't get lost ! easy into the city, your on the doorstep of Marvel stadium to walk and scooter central were so much fun getting around ! easy access if want to go from A to B , and a uber taxi in mins just download he app .Beautifully clean , comfy bedding and linen, lovely deco , kitchen and laundry was a bonus with supplies included everything you need ! woothworths and BWS liquor right on the corner steps away which you can make an order and can be delivered upon arrival . Uber eats delivery always on time meet you at the front of the lobby doors." Stu" thank you so much for your kindness and personal assistance , honestly it was overwhelming what you did for me doing my shopping and delivered it personally when my order went missing back to the depo ! so so kind .Most importantly the first class " meet and greet " was so welcoming by the wonderful "Chris '' help with your luggage which also can be stored before and after check in, and a tour of the and building which you have a car space also if needed for visitors and a beautiful lap pool heated at 29 degrees .In all the places I have stayed I have never been looked after so well nothing was a drama for this team of wonderful staff !" We had the best stay in our Apartment at docklands, our St Kilda friends stayed with us and it was perfect, both the apartment and the location. Apartment was really nice, awesome views, well equipped and comfy beds. Easy free tram rides around the city centre. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment to give us plenty of room. Having a lounge kitchen etc together was a lot better than two separate hotel rooms. Thank you!! Johanna
