Service is 5 stars! We received a call at 11am that the apartment was ready for check in. Who would do that? During check in, we were guided to the car park and brought to the apartment! And everyday, we received msg asking how we were doing.Room was new and so clean, overlooking the river! Fully equipped kitchen and free bottle of wine.Location is just next to the tram bus. Very convenient.Highly recommended to stay here!

Amazing place to stay with million dollar views. The check in process was seamless and the apartment felt nice and secure. Perfect location for us to get around with Marvel stadium in walking distance, and a tram stop outside the door. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Free tram to the heart of the city, only 10 minutes. Kindly staff who walks you to your room, explaining everything. Wow-view from your apartment , extra in the evening! Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Melbourne lifestyle apartments3 bedroom sub penthouse room!It was extremely spacious and had amazing views.The location was perfect and the hosts, Chris Carla and Luli were the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They were amazingly friendly, helpful and very welcoming it made our whole experience a 10/10! We can't wait to come back and stay there again in the future.

We highly recommend Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments. Facilities were wonderful and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful and went above & beyond to help with any queries, with complementary luggage storage and to provide a fantastic holiday experience. Location was perfect for us with free trams outside the door, DFO a short walk away & supermarket around the corner. The views from our apartment were awesome too. Thanks so much to the team. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely stay here again any time we visit Melbourne.

Loving our stay here. Apartment is large and very comfortable. Great access and facilities for my mum (98years young).Staff are outstanding. Very friendly and no request is too difficult for them to handle. Included secure parking is a great bonus.

Fabulous service on arrival. Apartment was clean, great views and well equipped. The bottle of wine on arrival was a real treat. Supermarkets nearby. Tram to get into the city was free however the walk along the river was beautiful as well. The contact during our stay was very impressive as well. Highly recommend this company and location

Great modern 2br/2 bathroom apartment which fit two couples very comfortably. It was well priced, well-equipped, and a great location with a tram stop outside the door. Easy walking distance along the wharf to DFO, too. We’ll be back. Thank you.

Fantastic staff, amazing apartment & superb views. The room amenities were wide ranging with everything you could ever need. Extremely clean and the free tram line is at the door. Only suggestion for improvement is for more balcony seats.

We luv the apartment as it was clean and easy to commute. With 2 toilets, it was a breeze to get ready in the morning without tripping over one another. & dare I say it … THE VIEWS are breathtaking. Altho the twin bed room has no air-con or ceiling fan, there was a standing fan provided which gave it some ventilation.

We just stayed for 9 nights in September 2024 in the sub-penthouse 3-bedroom/2 bathroom suite. Because of this wonderful apartel, we love the city even more. The moment we walked in we were taken by the astonishing view. The view was even better at night with the city lit up. Location is excellent, excellent, excellent! The free tram is literally at the entrance. The little loading area between the two towers also made Uber rides easy. Wonderful service team too. Great communication since booking, super easy check in and the unit was ready before the published 3pm time. Checkout was done in a breeze. We enjoyed the welcome gifts - cookie and a bottle of decent wine. The unit was well stocked with all supplies and extra towels. Highly recommend for anyone who is visiting Melbourne!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a service apartment that truly felt like home. The location is unbeatable, situated within the free tram zone (at the Dockland terminal station), making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without worrying about transportation costs. The breathtaking river view from my apartment added a serene touch to my stay, especially as I enjoyed my morning coffee while watching the sunrise.A supermarket just a short walk away (around 5 mins) was a game-changer; it made stocking up on snacks and essentials so easy. In the evenings, I loved taking leisurely strolls along the nearby promenade, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing.The apartment itself was equipped with excellent facilities. The open kitchen, with a microwave oven and oven, was ideal for preparing meals, and having a dishwasher and washing machine made my stay even more comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, clean and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere.Overall, my experience at this service apartment was fantastic. Spacious room with a very nice harbour view. Room is clean and fully furnished. On site parking space is available. The apartment has a swimming pool and a gym room. Running around downstairs is also a good exercise. The location is good where the surrounding is pretty quiet but you can easily get back to the CBD by the free tram just stopping in front of the building. Near around can find cafe, restaurants and supermarket. Finally, the staff (especially Luli) are very friendly and helpful. We have a great time of staying in the apartment. Definitely we will choose to stay here again.

Location was right by the tram at Docklands, rooms were spotless. Service was excellent especially with chris helping us with the baby crib.Area can get a little quiet at night which is perfect for us. A relaxing place in Melbourne.Gym has adequate equipment but I did not manage to use the pool.

Friendly faces and warm welcome by Luli and Chris.The apartment was spacious, very clean and well presented, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and addition of washer and dryer was very handy. Felt like home away from home.Being on free tram zone made it easy to explore attractions. It was very relaxing and a welcomed reprieve to come home to the Docklands precinct after the hustle and bustle of the CBD. The views from apartment and balcony were breathtaking day or night!I highly recommend this place and we'll definitely stay again!

The room is AMAZING! It is really well decorated and new. I also got a complimentary wine, milk and some Tim tams 😁. The view is extraordinary and overall this apartment is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The security is also really food in the building.

We stayed 4 nights at the sub-Penthouse 3-bedroom suite. What impressed me was the cleanliness of the suite, the cleanliness of the cutlery, bedroom and the fantastic good view across the Yarra River. The suite itself is spacious. This made our stay there very relaxing and enjoyable. The location of the apartment is also just opposite the tram station, very convenient. The service staff made it very easy and offered us a fuss-free check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a very good experience for our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, not a very crowded area, with the tram station just outside of the building. The unit was clean. The amenities were ample. They provided us with clean towels, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, detergent, dishwashing liquid and pods for the dishwasher, and when i requested extra bodywash they helped deliver it to my unit. Staffs were really friendly and we felt welcomed! I would most definity bring my family back to stay here again if we ever came back to melbourne. Thanks Luli for assisting us in our every need!

Rooms are clean, my son has dust allergy and it didn’t get triggered at all. Fully equipped with all the white goods at home, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, pots, pans, rice cooker etc! Truly feel like home. Comes with complimentary parking within the building which is great as the apartment is 2 mins walk to the tram which is within the free tram zone. The team is very nice, warm and helpful.

The place was a good find! Reasonable pricing for a place that feels really modern.The rooms were rather spacious, and well-furnished and equipped. They have everything you need, including basic cooking condiments (most places don't have them and short-stay guests basically cannot cook without buying a whole bottle of oil etc). Everything worked well, such as the washer-dryer and dishwasher.The view of the harbour was pretty amazing, which the full-height windows to allow you to really enjoy. Although this did mean that the rooms got a bit too bright sometimes when the sun rose in the morning.Location-wise, it's not the most embedded in the CBD, but it's a short tram ride away. The distance also meant that the neighbourhood was quieter, which we also appreciated as we were travelling with a toddler. Overall, we didn't find much to do in the immediate vicinity though, besides walking at the docklands and visiting the library.The service staff was nice and friendly, walking us all the way to our rooms and helping us to load our rental car when we were leaving. They also helped us fix up the baby cot when we were confused about it, and also gave advice when my wife fell sick. Do note that their reception is not 24-hours though.Our only small issue is that the portable baby cot wasn't the most ideal as the "mattress" was more of a hard board. I think the kind of cot is pretty standard though, and we made do.

We have just enjoyed a long weekend in Melbourne and can’t recommend Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments enough. Clean, spacious and all the facilities we needed. The staff we have met have gone above our expectations and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Free tram stop pretty much on our doorstep. Lovely view also. We have very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing apartment with beautiful views in a secure building close to the CBD. Easy walking distance to Marvel Stadium, DFO, a supermarket and cafes/restaurants, and a free tram directly outside. We stayed for 5 nights and the apartment has absolutely everything we needed. It is clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful and provide a 5 star service. Loved every minute and will definitely stay again.
