Spacious and light-filled, our biggest 2 bedroom option offers panoramic views from every room. You can utalise 2 balconies and enjoy the views of Port Phillip Bay, the Yarra River, the Marina at Australia Warf, Docklands, Southbank, Melbourne city and of course magnificent sunsets! The apartment offers 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed, serviced by 2 bathrooms of which one is an en-suite. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people when the Double sofabed in the lounge area is utilised. Extra bedding will be provided upon request. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you can easily make a home cooked meal to be enjoyed at the 6-seater dining table. Comfortable seating in the lounge ensures a relaxing evening of watching Netflix on the 55” HD TV. Unlimited nbn Wi-Fi keeps you connected during your stay. Getting there : 893A Collins Street, Docklands, Melbourne

Tram routes 11 and 48 depart from directly outside the front entrance of the buildings. Within the CBD grid the tram service is free. This interchanges with most other tram/train lines at Flinders or Southern Cross Station

Transport options from the airport are:

You can either hire a car, Skybus, Taxi or Uber, or we can arrange private pick up for you (charges apply).

If you drive, follow the M2 towards Docklands. Take Exit 2 from Citylink (Montague Street, State Route 30). Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Lorimer Street/Docklands/South Melbourne and merge onto Lorimer Street. Drive to Collins Street, turn left. The apartment building is 1.1km further on your left.

Stunning apartment. Very friendly, accommodating and professional staff. Amazing views over docklands, Yarra River and beyond in daylight and lit up at night. Apartment is well equipped, even providing tea, coffee, bottle of wine, all kitchen things like washing up liquid, tea towels, foil, cling film etc. Toiletries and toilet rolls. We had a housekeeping service every couple of days. Woolworths supermarket is 5 minutes walk. Apartment is situated right by a tram stop within the free tram zone. Highly recommended, we would definitely return if we were in Melbourne again.

I booked two 3-bedroom apartments for a family gathering, all coming from different places at different times. The staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. I was able to park my car there in the morning, well before check-in time. Both apartments were ready by 10.30 and we were able to check in early. Family from NZ who had an incredibly early start were so grateful. I needed the linen changed of one of the beds, and again, not a problem, The apartments themselves were everything I had hoped for and more, clean, well appointed and great views. Location, location, with a tram stop right outside your door. I will be staying there again! I thank the staff for making our stay so memorable!

What a great location, within the free tram zone and a stop right outside the door, but as it's not a main thoroughfare it was quiet at night, no passing sirens waking us at 3am like when we have stayed in other city apartments, and what a view!The staff were excellent also, very helpful, made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.The apartment itself was clean, modern and very comfortable.

Definitely would stay here again. Super convenient to the free trams, walking distance to many attractions (within a couple miles / 3km), amazing views of the Docklands and the Yarra River. And the management staff is super helpful if you have any questions!

The location of the apartment was great; the free-zone tram literally outside the front door, great area for walking, supermarket across the road, plenty of choices for coffee, eating and drinking, close but not in the city. Our one-bedroom apartment over-looked the Yarra River with a long view to the sea. It was very well equipped, clean, spacious and quiet with nice additional touches. All interactions with the staff at MLA were friendly and efficient. A great stay option in Melbourne.

Absolutely loved it and definitely recommend. Location was perfect - just out of the busy city, but right there amongst it, with a tram stop at the door stop. Service was exceptional, with someone to meet us at 2am in the morning to meet and greet. Rooms spotless clean and the outlook was fabulous. We will be back and will not stay anywhere else in Melbourne. We have travelled a lot, and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at.

Our family of three stayed at a Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments located in The Docklands for 6 nights during the New Year holiday. I booked over a year in advance of our stay and from the beginning, the messaging back and forth was excellent and continued throughout our stay.When we arrived at the Melbourne airport, I contacted MLA and Janetta messaged back that Stuart would meet us at the apartment building to show us to the complementary parking and our apartment. It was late at night when we got to the apartment and we were so grateful that Stuart was there to show us around.We had a 2 br/2 ba apartment on the 9th floor overlooking the harbor with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry and a balcony. There is also a pool, sauna and fitness center. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was a nice touch, and we toasted in the New Year with it. The views from the apartment of the harbor are stunning!We had amazing views of the NYE 9:30pm and midnight fireworks over the harbor from our balcony. It was such an incredible sight to see and a great experience! In between the fireworks, we walked through all the New Year festivities in The Docklands.The free tram is one block away from the building and brings you to the CBD. There are so many restaurants as well as a Woolworths within walking distance.I would highly recommend staying at one of the Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments during your time in Melbourne. Thanks to Stuart, Janetta and everyone else for helping to make our stay so memorable!

I give this place 100% perfection for location, cleanliness and the staff. Janet and Bella were absolutely hospitable and made us feel at home! From the moment I made my booking online all the staff I spoke to were amazing, Erin and Janet to name a few. We could not get the air-conditioner to work and the maintenance man (sorry I can't remember your name) was up in no time and got it fixed or offered us another room. It is wonderful to have top notch customer service. Hard to come by and these guys did it beautifully. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Melbourne and recommend in a heartbeat. I love Lifestyle management. Since I called the reservation team, Carla answered my call. She was so nice and helpful and convinced me to book from the business directly. She made me feel so valued and happy. When we arrived at the apartment, Ashlee welcomed us. She contacted me when we were on the way, met us in person near the building, gave us clear instructions to the car park, sent us to the apartment and gave us lots of useful tips near the apartment. They also prepared a bottle of wine and delicious timtam for us. The management team kept checking on us to see whether we need anything. The service is amazing!!! I also love apartment 2110. Modern design and furniture, fantastic view!!! I can’t believe there is even a rice cooker. I can find anything I need. Love the building’s swimming pool and steam room. The location is the best!!! We had a great time. Thank you so much. We will be back.

It was the best stay ever. The view was picturesque day and night (especially sunset is mind-blowing), and the apartment was very spacious, clean and well-furnished. Everything was perfect during our stay. On top of the greatness of the apartment, it is situated within the free tram zone and the tram station is just in front of the building, which made the entire trip so convenient. A supermarket is very adjacent to the hotel, too. Stuart and Ashlee are super-kind and helpful throughout my journey. I will definately stay here again if I come back to Melbourne :)

I could ask any question or requirement and I was replied to immediately by the the lovely " Carla " nothing was too much to ask they would do whatever they could to make my stay run smoothly and comfortably .The apartment was amazing , location perfect, views incredible so easy being at the end of the tram line , you can't get lost ! easy into the city, your on the doorstep of Marvel stadium to walk and scooter central were so much fun getting around ! easy access if want to go from A to B , and a uber taxi in mins just download he app .Beautifully clean , comfy bedding and linen, lovely deco , kitchen and laundry was a bonus with supplies included everything you need ! woothworths and BWS liquor right on the corner steps away which you can make an order and can be delivered upon arrival . Uber eats delivery always on time meet you at the front of the lobby doors." We had the best stay in our Apartment at docklands, our St Kilda friends stayed with us and it was perfect, both the apartment and the location. Apartment was really nice, awesome views, well equipped and comfy beds. Easy free tram rides around the city centre. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment to give us plenty of room. Having a lounge kitchen etc together was a lot better than two separate hotel rooms. Thank you!! Johanna

Excellent location and great views of the docks from the balconies.We were a group of 8 with varying age groups and everyone had a great time. In fact we changed our itinerary slightly to enjoy more of the appartments than to venture out.I must highlight the guest service here. Steve met us personally at mid night (thanks to Virgin airways timeliness) to facilitate the checkin and walk us through the property. Also the team kept checkin in throughout our 3 days of stay if we need anything. This is not common and justifies the premium that this property asks for.Will surely return..!

Stayed here for the Melbourne Demons V Collingwood Magpies AFL game on King's B'day. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Clean apartment, beautiful views and easy and quick access to all of Melbourne and surrounds. And communication was also very easy and good. Highly recommend and will be back.
