Reservations, Cancellation and Payment

1. Bookings can be made online via www.melbournelifestyleapartments.com. Alternatively guests can email welcome@melbournelifestyleapartments.com or call 1300992212.

2. Bookings are subject to availability. Rates are based upon your length of stay and date of stay. If you alter your arrival or departure dates, your booking status and rates are subject to change accordingly.

3. There is a security bond of $500 that will be placed on your card during check in. If the apartment is left in good condition and no repairs or additional cleaning is required, the hold will be lifted. In the case of any damage or excessive mess resulting in additional cleaning costs, such repair /cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

4. Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments practices dynamic pricing wherein rates may change depending on various factors e.g. room availability, seasonality etc. However once a reservation has been made, the rate for that booking is guaranteed. Request for rate change or further discounts will not be entertained.

5. Guests must be 24 years of age or older to make a reservation and stay at the apartment.

6. Credit card details are required at the time of your reservation. Any cancellation request has to be made in writing and received by our office before 3pm, 14 days before your arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are not refundable.

7. Full payment for your reservation will be charged to your nominated credit card 14 days prior to your arrival date. Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards incur a 2% surcharge of the total cost.

8. If cancellation is caused by Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments due to unforeseen circumstances, all money paid to date is refundable and will be refunded via the method paid within 7 days of cancellation notification. The manager will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the manager reserves the right to make alterations / cancellations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Conditions of Stay

1. All apartments are self-contained. The cleaning fee applied at the time of booking is for a clean after check out. If a guest requires additional cleaning during their stay, there is a fee of $150 payable.

2. A maximum of 2 sets of keys will be given to guests regardless of the number of persons staying in the apartment. In some instances guests will receive one key only.

3. Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the company in advance.

4. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.

5. Damage, Breakage, Theft and Loss are the guests’ responsibility during their stay. Full replacement/cleaning costs are the responsibility of the guests.

6. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and eviction.

7. Pets are not allowed.

8. Management takes no responsibility for the guests’ personal property.

9. Smoking is not allowed.

10. Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments reserves the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, rubbish removal, additional guests, extended stays, late check-outs, smoking penalties, lost keys and swipes, repairs or damage to the property (in the apartment and/or common area of the building).

Extra Person

An extra person can be accommodated in some apartments on a fold-out sofabed. The extra person cost will be calculated in the price when you insert the number of guests including the extra person.

Child Policy

Portable baby cots and high chairs are available on request at the time of booking at no extra charge.

Check in / Check Out

Check in time is from 3pm

Check out time is before 10am

Any room occupied before check in or after check out times are subject to availability and extra charges may apply. Please enquire at the time of booking.

Arrival Times

We do not have a Reception Desk at this property. Please advise your expected time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to your check in so meet and greet arrangements can be made.

Guests who have made the booking are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. In the event of dispute, Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments management decision is deemed final.
