This was Such a fabulous & convenient location! Views that are unobstructed, and you can see all of the best Melbourne has to offer, it is simply immaculate! With the free tram directly out the front, access to the city and surrounds was at our fingertips! Cannot thank you all enough for being so friendly and so accommodating to us, we will definitely be back!

Seriously amazing! The photos don’t do the apartment justice, the views are fantastic and everything is spotlessly clean and high end. Big thanks to Janet for all the help in organising she was great to deal with and made everything seamless from check in to checkout. Even Timtams and wine on check in was a lovely touch! Can’t wait to stay again next time we’re in Melbourne

This stay was nothing short of incredible. All three staff were so prompt and lovely. The facility was so clean and and in such a great location. My friends and I had an amazing time and will definitely be back as soon as possible.

The apartment was well stocked and clean. Convenient location and very nice area to stay at. Rooms were comfortable and large enough for my family and Stuart and Janet took care of us quite well and were very accommodating. The issues that were identified were addressed rather quickly. Building was very secure with a Woolworth's within a 5 minute walk. Tram on free tram line was just across the road and trams were frequent. Overall, great stay.

Our stay here was great , Stuart and staff were great friendly and efficient, I admit the living area was a little smaller than I expected but plenty big enough overall. The balcony was tiny and only big enough to stand on , I was hoping we could sit and relax with a drink on it to enjoy the view, but too small. The apartment was very clean and tidy with plenty of cooking accessories , beds are comfy and the view was great , we will stay here again for sure but maybe get the executive apartment with a large balcony. Overall this was a great place to stay and having a free tram at your front door was perfect for us to get around

Enjoyed a few days away in this lovely sub-penthouse. Location was perfect right on tram line only minutes from heart of Melbourne. Rooms were spacious and very clean and views are all around you. Hosts were amazing very quick to respond and lovely to deal with. Only recommendation would be look to dine back in the city as your in a Business district a lot of venues closed outside of business hours.

This place was perfection ! Check in was personal and helpful. Handy tips and Instructions were provided. The views were absolutely stunning, the bed was comfortable , and the washer and dryer was super convenient to have. Tram located right outside of the place so easy to hop on and get to the CBD (all part of the free tram zone). Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again !
