The apartments are well designed, with open floor plan living area, large bedrooms, all have 2 x bathrooms and secure car parks.

You will have free access to the gym and heated indoor lap pool and the free tram departs from directly outside the building!

The fully equipped kitchen boasts built-in fridge and microwave, Miele appliances – stove, oven and dishwasher. There is also an euro laundry and ironing facilities. Weekly servicing can also be provided (extra charges apply).

The location is ideal for tourists and business travellers. We are just minutes on the free tram from the CBD and new financial and commercial district.

Plenty opportunity to shop with easy access to DFO South Wharf, Melbourne Central and those attending events, Marvel Stadium and the Convention Centre is less than 10 minutes’ walk.

Our Sub-Penthouse Collection is a selection of apartments on the top two levels of the building, it offers 3 bedrooms with spacious open-plan living areas, and can sleep up to 8 people.

Standard occupancy allows for 6 people, with an optional 2 guests that can be accommodated by using the sofabed or folding beds. (extra charges apply)

The apartments in the Sub-Penthouse Collection  have large balconies, some with views over the city or and otherw with views of Port Phillip Bay.

Getting there

883-889 Collins Street, Docklands, Melbourne

Tram routes 11 and 48 depart from directly outside the front entrance of the buildings. Within the CBD grid the tram service is free. This interchanges with most other tram/train lines at Flinders or Southern Cross Station

Transport options from the airport are:
Distance from Tullamarine Airport 25km.

You can either hire a car, Skybus, Taxi or Uber, or we can arrange private pick up for you (charges apply).

If you drive, follow the M2 towards Docklands. Take Exit 2 from Citylink (Montague Street, State Route 30). Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Lorimer Street/Docklands/South Melbourne and merge onto Lorimer Street. Drive to Collins Street, turn left. The apartment building is 1.1km further on your left.

The room was lovely, the beds were very comfortable and we were appreciative of the extra towels and amenities. The Wifi was also good, wasn't slow and we had 4 phones, 2 laptops and a TV connected. We would stay again.

It was a self catering property. Supermarket was close by. The view was superb and the sunny balcony in the PM made a great place for a glass of wine watching the Spirit of Tasmania come and go. Great location with the free city trams just outside.

Well-appointed and comfortable and easy connections to the city. Proximity to south bank and free tram right outside the door. The area itself lacks atmosphere. Need to venture further into the city for the action.

Comfortable, clean and new-feel apartment with water views and a short tram ride to town. Service from hosts was excellent - Stuart went above and beyond for our minor requests. Rooms were as described - clean, airy and spacious. Apartments feel new and fresh. Even though we were 22 floors up the elevators were quick. The CBD bound tram is directly outside the building and takes 10mins into the centre of the CBD - each time we stepped out a tram was there. The apartments faced the Yarra River and had a beautiful outlook over the water Will stay again if we have a large group.
